Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations in order to avoid the cancellation fee (50% of your service). You are subject to a full service charge if you no call, no show. Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be made by speaking with a receptionist, leaving a message on the salon voicemail, or emailing us at hello@noellaluxurybeauty.com. Canceling in less than 24 hours or missing appointments does not only greatly impact our team but also our other clients who would have taken the appointment.
Group Bookings that include 3 or more clients require 2 weeks' notice or there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file
