Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations in order to avoid the $100.00 cancellation fee. You are subject to a full service charge if you no call, no show. Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be made by speaking with a receptionist, leaving a message on the salon voicemail, or emailing us at hello@noellasalon.com. Canceling in less than 24 hours or missing appointments does not only greatly impact our team but also our other clients who would have taken the appointment.
